Patient Information 


Your First Appointment 

At your first appointment you will be asked to complete a Patient Information sheet. This will ensure your Dentist is aware of your personal needs and help them to develop the best possible treatment plan. All information will be strictly confidential.  At this appointment your Dentist will conduct a thorough examination and chart the status of your teeth on our computer based dental program.  It may also be recommended to have your teeth x-rayed to check for decay under old fillings and below your gumline.

Appointment Reminders and Recalls

To help you keep the best oral hygiene we provide a recall service at intervals determined between you and your Dentist. Typically every 6 months you will receive a reminder that you're due for a check up. You can elect to have this sent via post, email or SMS.  We will also send you a confirmation message about your appointment the day prior to confirm your time. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are not able to attend so we can fill your appointment time.

Payment Information 

Payment at the time of appointment is required. 
  • For your convenience we offer HICAPS  -  a direct link with most health funds to process your claims directly. 
  • We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS, cash and cheque.
